Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

We take full responsibility of product till it reaches you. 

Domestic Shipping:

  • Our costs are exclusive of shipping charges.

  • COD facility is currently not available

  • Our pieces are mostly customized and shipped within 15days of placing order. It should reach you within 3-5 working days after dispatch, anywhere in India.

  • If your delivery address is not serviceable for some reason, we shall inform you within 24 hrs.

 

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

We work with a reliable shipping partner and you should receive within 15-20 days of placing an order. However, it may take longer in case of a remote location or any other special condition. In case of any special request, please let us know at the time of placing the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please write to us at maasigroup@gmail.com with the reasons for exchange and order details. We really want you to enjoy the products purchased, and thus we will replace the pieces if we find the demand is reasonable. However, the sole discretion of exchange lies with the brand, MAASI.

Exchange should be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Please read the item descriptions carefully. Please also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colors that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% same in the actual product.

In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to our warehouse. We will although take care of shipping another product at our cost.

Please note by purchasing from MAASI, you are agreeing to our above-mentioned terms, conditions and policies. 
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new product will automatically be dispatched to you within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be  exchanged.

Shipping
To replace your product, you should mail your product to: Flat 514, Gauthami Iconia BabuKhan Lane Gachibowli Hyderabad 500032 Telangana, India

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
